***Burglary Alert***

Dear Residents,

We would like to make you aware of both an Attempted Burglary and a Burglary that occurred on Upper Selsdon Road.

Attempted Burglary – Ref: 01/7196277/26

Date/Time: Friday, 20/02/2026 at 19:16hrs
A male suspect attempted to gain access through a front door while the residents were out. The attempt was unsuccessful.

Burglary – Ref: 01/7196343/26

Date/Time: Friday, 20/02/2026 between 18:45hrs and 22:30hrs
On the same evening, a property on the same road was entered by suspect(s) who accessed the back garden and smashed the patio door glass. A significant amount of high‑value items—including jewellery and handbags—were stolen.
